Oh, the genius of Ween! There’s no style they haven’t made their own. If the internet is lousy with homemade music videos of jazz hands and goofy hoofing, it’s because it’s so irresistible. It’s like that lovable Donald O’Connor happy-go-lucky sidekick number when he comes to cheer up Gene Kelly after a bad breakup. It makes you want to run out and buy some tap shoes and a tux. And it’s not even a parody! They just felt like writing an old school musical number suitable for Donald O’Connor. That of course, makes me think of the infinite possibilities of a Ween jukebox musical. Screw Billy Joel. Someone sign off on this. It’d be a trip and a half.
