A.K.A. Los Coches Silban Bajo Mi Ventana. The maker of the video very kindly provides what is probably a literal Spanish translation of the lyrics. It probably makes not an iota of sense. When Jim says ‘boom’ the translation is ‘retumbar’, which is technically correct but one suspects a more resoundingly poetic synonym could have been found. I also noticed that in the world of this particular video Ray Manzarek does not exist. Must be a parallel universe. Poor Jim is so out of it he can’t get his eyelids unglued. That, sadly, was his default mode towards the end. He’s shot from the shoulders up because they probably had a 2×4 propping him up.
